XGUARD is a program for rapid response groups of security companies, to receive alarms on a mobile device, for subsequent departure to the destination. 1. Use of XGUARD mobile application. 1.1. XGUARD is a mobile application through which rapid response groups of security companies can receive alarms on a mobile device. 1.2. In the event of any software errors, our team will make every effort to correct them as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the application will be error-free and uninterrupted at all times.

2. Registration in XGUARD application. 2.1. To use XGUARD application, it is necessary to install the said application on your mobile device, get personal account from security company manager, which will be recorded in the database. The identification criterion is the UUID generated by the mobile phone and sent by the manager from the application during registration. 2.2. Any complaints related to the operation of the mobile application can be sent to our support service e-mail clicktaxi@clicktaxi.lv or to the telephone number +371 67255661. The telephone line is open only on working days from 10:00 to 17:00. 2.3. When registering in the XGUARD mobile application, the user accepts the following rules: 2.3.1. XGUARD has the right to add the user's personal data to the XGUARD database and transfer the job information to the employer with a privacy policy (hereinafter). Processing of personal data SIA Click Taxi collects and processes only the personal data provided by users during the installation and use of the XGUARD mobile application. Specifying the geographical location of mobile application is a prerequisite for using the XGUARD application. 1. Personal data that SIA Click Taxi collects and lists during the use of the application: • Geographical location of the security guard, start of the trip to the alarm coordinates, route and destination; • Identification data of the mobile device on which the XGUARD application is installed;

2. Purpose of personal data collection. 2.1. We collect and process personal data to ensure the proper exchange of information between the user of the operation center application and the security guard; 2.2. We use users personal data to solve any problems related to both the quality of XGUARD services and the security service company; 2.3. We collect data on the routes taken by the XGUARD service user to analyze the geographical coverage of the service, with the aim of developing recommendations for security service providers; 2.4. Personal data collected in the XTAXI2+ mobile application will not be used to identify individuals or their locations for any marketing purposes.

3. Method of obtaining personal data. 3.1. We collect data on the XGUARD mobile application installation process; 3.2. We collect geolocation data when the XGUARD application is in progress. Geolocation data collection stops when the user closes the XGUARD application.

4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties. 4.1. The personal data of the user may be transferred only to the security service providers with whom the guard has concluded a contract. In this case, XGUARD can send the following data: geographical route during working hours; 4.3. SIA ClickTaxi will not disclose personal data or information about the geographical location of XGUARD users to third parties or state institutions, unless the person requesting the data about the user has a legal basis for it in accordance with Latvian legislation.

5. Security and data deletion. 5.1. Any personal data collected during the provision of SIA Click Taxi services is stored in data processing centers located in the territory of Latvia. Only authorized employees of SIA ClickTaxi have access to users personal data. They may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues related to the use of the XGUARD service; 5.2. If an XGUARD user wishes to delete personal data collected during the use of the application, this can be done by submitting a written request from security company manager to our customer support by e-mail clicktaxi@clicktaxi.lv.
